摘要: Disclosed is a method for promoting specific alignment of short oligonucleotides on nucleic acid polymer. The polymer incubated in solution containing single-stranded DNA-binding protein and plurality which are perfectly complementary to distinct but adjacent regions predetermined contiguous nucleotide sequence the anneal form region double stranded acid. Specific application methods disclosed include priming DNA synthesis template-directed ligation.
