摘要: The effect of intratumoral administration recombinant human tumor necrosis factor on an experimental model primitive neuroectodermal neoplasia was studied. A clear inhibition growth achieved by immunotherapy that consisted in intralesion injections 100 μg daily, the first three days each week, for a period four weeks. At this time, size 2.21 ± 0.66 cm2 (mean ±standard deviation) treated group, versus 7.62 0.43 control group. These data support previous studies influence development ethyl-nitrosourea-induced tumors, and suggest potential usefulness cytokine neoplasms.
