Identification of Agrobacterium strains by PCR-RFLP analysis of pTi and chromosomal regions

摘要: Chromosomes and Ti plasmids of 41 Agrobacterium strains, belonging to biovars 1, 2, 3, rubi species were characterized by the restriction fragment length polymorphism PCR-amplified DNAs. Profiles that obtained analysis amplified 16S rDNA confirmed grouping strains according their species. Higher was detected in intergenic spacer between 23S genes, allowing efficient discrimination strains. Identification most possible, genetic relatednesses could be estimated. The plasmid encoded regions tmr nos virA virB2 allowed fingerprinting plasmids. Genomic typing rapid PCR-RFLP method is thus shown useful for an independant identification conjugative
