摘要: Environmental oestrogens are responsible for adverse effects in fish that affect reproduction. Availability of model to study the differential endogenous and exogenous test oestrogenic activity chemicals would be advantageous. Zebrafish could provide such a model, but organisation expression vitellogenins (VTGs) oestrogen receptors (ERs) not completely understood. VTGs synthesised liver sensitive biomarker since they thought under regulation ER. There multiple genes an silico analysis their distribution genome has identified six genes: VTG-1, VTG-2, VTG-4, VTG-5, VTG-7 located on chromosome 22 VTG-3 11. VTG-specific, quantitative, real-time, reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction assays were developed used measure livers mature male female zebrafish. Following normalisation fish, relative VTG-5 mRNA is highest 1.3×, 1.6× 2× higher than VTG-2 respectively, while very low. Expression was either undetectable or low (VTG-4 VTG-5). ERα ERβ2 expressed at levels ERβ1 females, only appreciable quantity males. males significant limit detection (<0.1% fish), detected. The level raises questions about accepted mechanism induction VTG fish.
