摘要: One of the most striking differences between vegetarians and meat eaters would seemingly exist in their cognitive, affective, behavioral tendencies toward plant-based sources diet. The present chapter reviews extant research on such attitudinal differences. Much relatively older literature focused explicit attitudes meat, relied small samples from North America United Kingdom, was overly liberal defining what constitutes a vegetarian, generally failed to analyze vegetarian subgroups. Nonetheless, it seems clear this work that expressed strong antimeat attitudes.
