摘要: Abstract At present, mutation of the p53 gene appears to be most common genetic alteration found in human cancers. These mutations can occur within many different regions gene. We have developed a modification denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis termed "constant denaturant electrophoresis" (CDGE), which provides rapid and sensitive method screen four conserved where majority been reported. The sensitivity CDGE was first tested with known all regions. technique then used 32 breast carcinomas that had analyzed by immunohistochemical methods for altered protein levels whose DNA already shown loss heterozygosity chromosome 17p marker. By immunostaining techniques, only 6 tumors elevated expression. However, detected 11 tumors. sequence analysis performed determine nucleotide positions these samples. Loss pYNZ22 or p144D6 markers did not associate either at locus CDGE. conclude is effective mutations.
