摘要: Theory predicts that small angle light scattering by spherical particles of 5 to 20 μ diam is nearly proportional volume and insensitive particle refractive index. A flow system photometer with helium‐neon laser source measures the between 0.5 2.0° from individual at 104 105/min. Volume distributions mammalian cells plastic microspheres agree other independent determinations.
