摘要: Abstract Sm doped ZnO nanorods with various concentrations have been successfully synthesized using a hydrothermal method. XRD analysis indicates that there are no impurities or secondary phases in all the samples. The continuous expansion of d-spacing from and TEM suggests effective corporation ions ZnO. It is found pure paramagnetic. Both 1% 5% ferromagnetic at room temperature. has large paramagnetic signal low temperature, suggesting formation precipitation clusters samarium oxide.
