Synthesis of spherical CoAl2O4 pigment particles with high reflectivity by polymeric-aerosol pyrolysis

摘要: Abstract Spherical cobalt blue particles with good reflectivity characteristics were synthesized by spray pyrolysis. Two different solutions prepared to investigate the differences in morphology and properties of particles. One was an aqueous solution, other a polycation solution that obtained chemically modifying NH4OH. The had irregular after heat treatment at 1000°C for 2 h. On contrary, spherical dense from solution. showed remarkable improvement compared as well commercial.
