摘要: Limonin has been shown to exert anti-inflammatory effects, however, its roles in tumor progression remain unclear. This work aims investigate the and related mechanism of limonin stemness breast cancer cells. Here, we found that attenuated cells a concentration-dependent manner, evident by decreasing capacity cell spheroid formation, expression markers ALDH1 activity, whereas had no toxicity on non-tumorigenic Additionally, enhanced adriamycin sensitivity resistance adriamycin-resistant Mechanistically, decreased MIR216A methylation level thus increased miR-216a-3p expression. Furthermore, could directly bind WNT3A inactivated Wnt/β-catenin pathway. Therefore, our results indicate attenuate chemoresistance via inhibiting subsequently suppressing
