摘要: Abstract Combined rare earth and acid rain pollution has become a new environmental problem, seriously affecting plant survival. The effects of these two kinds pollutants on photosynthesis have been reported, but the micro mechanisms are not very clear. In this research, we studied lanthanum [La(III), 0.08, 1.20 2.40 mM] (pH value = 2.5, 3.5 4.5) ATPase activity gene transcription level functional element contents in rice leaf chloroplasts. results showed that combined 0.08 mM La(III) pH 4.5 increased as well some elements. But other treatments reduced contents. change magnitude above indexes at booting stage was greater than seedling or grain filling stage. These reveal chloroplasts related to combination dose intensity growth addition, changes were level. This study would provide reference for understanding microcosmic mechanism contribute evaluate possible risks associated with pollution. One sentence summary chloroplast elements different stages.
