摘要: Virus-host cell interactions are most commonly analyzed in cells maintained vitro as two-dimensional tissue cultures. However, these conditions vary quite drastically from the tissues that infected vivo. Over years, a number of systems have been developed allow establishment three-dimensional (3D) structures properties similar to their vivo 3D counterparts. These numerous applications including drug testing, maintenance large explants, monitoring migration human lymphocytes tissues, analysis organ development and investigation virus-host viral latency. Here, we describe tissue-like assemblies for lung neuronal with variety viruses respiratory pathogens parainfluenza virus type 3 (PIV3), syncytial (RSV) SARS corona (SARS-CoV) well neurotropic herpesvirus, varicella-zoster (VZV).
