摘要: Advances in our understanding of the molecular basis cancer and tumor cell biology have suggested novel anticancer drug targets. Approaches directed toward inhibition angiogenesis, invasion metastasis are feasible (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7). Numerous growth factors now been implicated a variety human cancers (8,9) large body data suggest that both oncogenes suppressor genes play important roles etiology (10, 11, 12). In addition, we gaining an improved basic mechanisms underlying treatment failure with current agents (13, 14, 15, 16). Of particular relevance to discovery is fact specific targets, potentially amenable mechanism-based approaches, described for many these advances. As any rapidly developing area, it not certain interference function targets will yield useful therapeutic effects. Nonetheless, possiblity exploiting new classes drugs toleration efficacy reasonable exciting.
