摘要: We present a simple, linear‐in‐size method that enables calculation of the eigensolutions Schrodinger equation in desired energy window. illustrate this by studying near‐gap electronic structure Si quantum dots with size up to Si1315H460(≊37 A diameter) using plane wave pseudopotential representation.
