摘要: A strawberry genomic clone containing an osmotin-like protein (OLP) gene, designated FaOLP2, was isolated and sequenced. FaOLP2 is predicted to encode a precursor of 229 amino acid residues, its sequence shares high degrees homology with number other OLPs. Genomic DNA hybridization analysis indicated that represents multi-gene family. The expression FaOP2 in different organs analyzed using real-time PCR. results showed expressed at levels leaves, crowns, roots, green fruits ripe red fruits. In addition, the under abiotic stresses time points. All three tested stimuli, abscisic acid, salicylic mechanical wounding, triggered significant induction within 2-6 h post-treatment. Moreover, more prominently induced by than or wounding. positive responses stimuli suggested may help protect against osmotic-related environmental it also be involved plant defense system pathogens.
