摘要: Image compression is the application of data on digital images. can be lossy or lossless compression. Raw from an image sensor obviously contains information about a scene, but it not intrinsically recognizable to human eye. In signal processing, lapped transform type linear discrete block transformation where basis functions overlap boundaries. We propose new shape-adaptive (SA) ,shape-adaptive reversible integer (SA-RLT) method. Region-of interest (ROI) coding algorithms have also been proposed, since observers are always more concerned some special areas, i.e., ROI than background (BG) area.
