摘要: We measure the transient electrical response of small organic solar cells illuminated with nanosecond light pulses during degradation. Our data show buildup a significant memory effect in pulse response. To this effect, sequence positive or negative bias voltages is applied and then recorded at 0-V voltage. For devices measurable depends on previously The attributed to changes (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly (4-styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) layer conjunction humidity indium tin oxide (ITO) layer. strength anode material used time exposed humid atmosphere. Therefore, for corresponding degradation process.
