摘要: Recent advances in understanding the molecular genetics of common adult tumors have indicated that multiple genetic alterations including activation oncogenes and inactivation tumor suppressor genes are important pathogenesis these tumors. Loss heterozygosity is a hallmark gene has been used to identify chromosomal regions contain genes. We examined allelic loss most men, prostate cancer. Twenty-eight cancer specimens for at 11 different arms 3p, 7q, 9q, 10p, 10q, 11p, 13q, 16p, 16q, 17p, 18q. Fifty-four percent (13/24) clinically localized 4 metastatic showed on least one chromosome. Chromosomes 16q 10q exhibited highest frequency with 30% showing chromosomes. These data demonstrate event suggest chromosomes may sites human
