摘要: Abstract “Bi 2 Te 3 core” – “SiO shell” (Bi @SiO ) nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical method. Bulk composite based on the was then sintered. Such a can be considered as system of semiconducting Bi grains contacting via tunneling SiO bridges. It found that temperature dependence specific electrical resistivity under study described mechanism charge carriers.
