摘要: The allele sizes of polymorphic microsatellite repeats in DNA from human cancers were compared to normal the same patients. In 16 out 196 paired samples (8%), we found evidence an extra a different size tumour which was not present DNA. Sequence analysis confirmed that originates appropriate locus and change is attributable alteration number repeat units. This form instability more common tri– tetranucleotide than dinucleotide repeats. any single sample only one set examined abnormal, remainder showing identical patterns or loss. pattern diverse types cancer differs reported colorectal neoplasms.
