摘要: Src tyrosine kinases regulate a large number of important mechanisms in normal and cancerous cells, are overexpressed broad range tumors including lung cancer, thus represent potential target for cancer therapy. Preclinical experiments indicate that small-molecule inhibitors block tumor growth, metastasis, angiogenesis. Phase I data from healthy volunteers also suggest prevent bone resorption. Several phase II trials with under way or have been initiated other malignancies, as discussed herein.
