摘要: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is implicated in the angiogenesis of human colon cancer. Recent evidence suggests that factors regulate VEGF expression may partially depend on c-src-mediated signal transduction pathways. The tyrosine kinase activity Src activated most tumors and cell lines. We established stable subclones adenocarcinoma line HT29 which are decreased specifically as a result transfected antisense vector. This study determined whether these lines smaller size reduced rate vector-transfected vivo might result, part, from vascularization tumors. Northern blot analysis revealed mRNA was proportion to decrease activity. Under hypoxic conditions, cells with had 50-fold increase. protein supernatants also transfectants compared parental cells. In nude mice, subcutaneous showed significant reduction vascularity. These results suggest regulates tumor
