摘要: Amphiphilic star-shaped copolymers based on poly(L-lactide) (s-PLLA) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) (s-PLLA-PEG) were synthesized with variable molecular weights (Mw) of PEG, the relationship between PEG block weight s-PLLA-PEG their micelle properties investigated. The structure Mw characterized 1H NMR, GPC, DSC, XRD. ibuprofen (IBU)-loaded micelles prepared by dialysis method. effects morphology, particle size, zeta potential, drug loading content (LC), encapsulation efficiency (EE), in vitro release behavior Results indicated that average diameters, LC, EE IBU-loaded increased increasing copolymers. study showed IBU accumulative can be depressed s-PLLA-PEG, profiles from followed Baker-Lonsdale model equation. results suggest structural tailoring length could provide a new strategy for designing carriers high efficiency.
