摘要: Endometrial cancer is the most commonly diagnosed gynecological cancer, and it has been shown to be a complex disease driven by abnormal genetic, epigenetic alterations, as well environmental factors. Epigenetic changes resulting in aberrant gene expression are dynamic modifiable features of many types. A significant change DNA methylation. In this review, we review evidence on role methylation, examining relation endometrial carcinogenesis, report recent advances understanding contribution methylation with emphasis dietary/ lifestyle factors, opportunities challenges management prevention.
