摘要: The promising malaria vaccine candidates that have been tested in the field have, so far, yielded disappointing and, at times, conflicting results. Considerable efforts are being made to isolate new immunogenic molecules. However, fact most populations endemic areas also infected by helminths appears be overlooked. Helminth-related hyporesponsiveness tetanus or cholera vaccines, and interactions between parasites helminths, raise possibility a potent will not identified helminth-infected populations, thus necessitating change trial design.
