摘要: Mutations of the BRAF protein serine/threonine kinase gene have recently been identified in a variety human cancers, most notably melanomas. We sought to determine frequency mutations lung cancer pathogenesis. Analysis sequence from 127 primary adenocarcinomas revealed two tumor specimens, one exon 11 (G465V), and second 15 (L596R). These specimens belong same adenocarcinoma subgroup as defined by clustering expression data. may provide target for anticancer chemotherapy subset patients.
