摘要: Purpose Mutational activation of the MAP kinase pathway is frequently found in many types cancer. Recently, activating mutations BRAF gene, an important activator this pathway, have been described several tumor including melanoma, colorectal and papillary thyroid The most frequent mutation exon 15 (V600E) as well other within exons 11 result constitutive oncoprotein. Materials methods Our study aimed to investigate 30 human bladder tumors their adjacent normal tissues. V600E was screened by PCR/RFLP 11, 14 intron-exon boundaries were sequenced. Results We detected two specimens bearing different mutations, both which 15. One sample showed T1799A G1798T (V600L) mutation. first specimen stage pT1a grade II, whereas second pT2b III. No coding region 14, junctions for remaining samples found. Conclusions results suggest that involvement development transitional cell carcinoma infrequent.
