摘要: The aim of this study is to investigate the expression and DNA methylation status imprinted genes PEG10 L3MBTL1 in offspring assisted reproductive technology (ART). ART group consists 30 cases placenta umbilical cord blood from full-term, uncomplicated singleton pregnancy progeny, normal control natural progeny. are analyzed, two detected using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (QRT-PCR), immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western blotting (WB), methylation-specific (MSP). Compared with group, mRNA relative quantity (RQ) value 0.994 ± 0.458, its RQ up-regulated (P = 0.015). 0.875 ± 0.452, (P = 0.002). However, 0.404 ± 0.234, down-regulated (P = 0.024). 0.337 ± 0.213, there no difference (P = 0.081). PEGl0 protein progeny (P = 0.000), while L3MBTLl (P = 0.000). promoter region lower than that (P = 0.037), (P = 0.032). higher (P = 0.038), between groups (P = 0.301). In values hypermethylated those hypomethylated group. may increase risk abnormal genes. be mechanism regulates L3MBTL1.
