摘要: The coagulation system was investigated in five patients with hemolytic diseases, three paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and two congenital spherocytic anemia. A tendency to short cephalin times, high levels of antihemophilic factor (AHA = VIII) fibrinogen observed. results indicate a hypercoagulable state the blood diseases.Experiments were done injections different amounts sterile hemolysed own intravenously into normal persons, investigations plasma clotting before arid after injections.
