摘要: Summary We conducted an immunological assay of blood samples taken from 85 swinespecialist veterinarians attending the Congress Mexican Association Swine Specialist Veterinarians in Mexico 2011. Serum were assayed for Porcine rubulavirus (PorPV), Encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV) and Leptospira spp. antibodies. Using a hemagglutination inhibition test, we registered 2.3% 27% seropositivity PorPV EMCV, respectively. viral neutralization tests, 5.8% 47% For spp., 38.8%. The variables (sex, age, years exposure, number visited farms, biosecurity level region) showed no significant effect (P > 0.05) on except farms HI EMCV < 0.05; odds ratio: 1.38). data obtained provide information epidemiology emerging diseases with zoonotic potential occupational risk groups.
