摘要: This experiment was performed utilizing a total of 21 primiparous crossbred sows to determine whether state immunological suppression occurs during the latter stages pregnancy in pig and dichlorvos treatment affects function sows. Immunological reactivity monitored by use vitro lymphocyte transformation experiments employing mitogens phytohemagglutinin (PHA), concanavalin A (Con A), pokeweed mitogen (PWM) lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The degree blastogenesis lymphocytes recovered from animals on this not affected treatment. Blastogenesis stage except case that induced LPS, which decreased (P less than .05) with advancing pregnancy. Sera were tested PHA-induced it found sera control inhibitory at any time. On other hand, dichlorvos-treated inhibited .01) blastogenesis. possibility exists may increase fetal survival inhibiting ability sow immunologically damage fetus.
