摘要: During each step of prostate cancer metastasis, displays phenotypic plasticity that is associated with the expression both epithelial and mesenchymal properties or an to transition. This transition typically in response microenvironment signals basis for basic cell survival (e.g. motility invasion versus proliferation). In this review we discuss loss gain E-cadherin as a marker tumor throughout steps particularly focus on dynamic tumor–stromal interaction induce cell-associated reverting bone liver microenvironments.
