摘要: Summary Tissue from twenty-five patients with mycosis fungoides and three poikiloderma atrophicans vasculare was examined ultrastructurally. Characteristic abnormal lymphoid cells were conspicuous in all biopsies comprising 30–60% of the cutaneous infiltrate. These possessed irregular nuclear outlines presenting a spectrum mild indentation to grossly cerebriform shapes. The other prominent cell type histiocyte which occasionally appeared abnormal. Bizarre histiocytic resembling interdigitating reticulum lymph node T areas also observed. In epidermal infiltrate, seen singly infiltrating between keratinocytes less frequently groups, forming Pautrier microabscesses, or close apposition histiocytes. Langerhans normal numbers usually isolated but contact cells.
