摘要: We report three cases of anaphylaxis during anaesthesia confirmed on intradermal testing to be related patent blue V dye (Guerbet - Chemical Abstract Service 3536-49-0). All were associated with moderate severe hypotension. Two had delayed onset, and two a rash. None the bronchospasm. In all patients interference pulse oximetry readings contributed difficulties in management. recommend use test dose prior surgery, as suggested manufacturer's product information. also high vigilance for possible allergic reactions when dyes are used sentinel lymph node mapping, because presentations may atypical reduced distraction.
