摘要: Abstract Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6 ceramics with and without CeO2 dopant were prepared by a partial co-precipitation method liquid phase sintering process. The cooperative effects of Ce doping silica additive on the behaviors dielectric properties was investigated. It observed that lattice parameters a-axis c-axis decrease increase dopant, namely contraction crystal cell volume occurs. Amorphous used for can effectively restrain abnormal grain growth prevent rise activation energies caused doping, but has more effect average size grains than when are introduced. Both Curie temperatures maximum constant at Tc as Ce3+ concentration increases.
