摘要: Abstract Sr 0.5 Ba Nb 2 O 6 (SBN50) ceramic doped with different concentrations of Cerium (Ce) according to the stoichiometry formulation 0.5-3 y /2 Ce (Ce-SBN)  = 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04 and 0.05 was prepared using conventional solid state reaction method. The morphology, structure, electrical properties samples were studied field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), ferroelectric dielectric spectroscopy, respectively. FESEM images reveal a strong influence cerium on SBN microstructure. patterns show that all compositions exhibit tetragonal tungsten bronze structure. As dopant concentration, increased, both unit cell volume axial ratio c/a decreased gradually. In addition, incorporation lowers phase transition temperature, T m . result, practical parameters are sufficiently i.e. constant remnant polarization. SBN50 3% sample is most attractive for applications due its high polarization, P r  = 58.6 μC/cm constant, e ’ ≈ 8000 (10 kHz) at room
