摘要: Abstract Two nonhistone chromosomal proteins accumulate in the nucleus of Drosophila hydei salivary glands coincident with specific puff formation. A protein a molecular weight 40,000 appears induction both ecdysone puffs and II-48C. This to be associated transcription general or phenomenon 46,000 accumulates II-48C but not puffs.
