摘要: OBJECTIVE With the aim of improving early detection pancreatic carcinoma, we attempted to make correlations among positive immunohistochemical p53 expression, mutations in gene, and detailed histologic features carcinoma. METHODS Seven cases invasive ductal carcinoma demonstrating overexpression were analyzed. Serial 4- 20-microm sections from paraffin blocks used for immunodetection protein microdissection, respectively. We direct sequencing polymerase chain reaction at 101 p53-positive 10 p53-negative sites sequence exons 5 8 then analyzed these results concert with features. RESULTS Regardless degree overexpression, detected point all lesions, including 22 noninvasive sites, 17 areas, 1 lymph node metastasis. No significant measured between specific Within individual tumors, same mutation was generally, but not always, different areas lesions. CONCLUSIONS Our demonstrate that is an genetic event affecting a diversity molecular pathways carcinogenesis indicates possibility diagnosis by detecting few cells obtained fluid.
