摘要: Exposure of several leukaemia cell types to the polyamine spermine triggered caspase activation. In HL60 cells, onset activity correlated with accumulation spermine, and was accompanied by processing caspase-3 precursor digestion substrate proteins PARP gelsolin. Spermine also induced cytochrome c in cytosol. Caspase activation not blocked antioxidants or inhibition oxidase. The deregulation uptake strongly sensitised cells spermine-induced These data show that an excessive intracellular level triggers is mediated oxidative mechanisms, suggest a model where elevated free cytosolic polyamines may act as transducers death message.
