摘要: Apoptosis is a mechanism of cell death that pivotal for the maintenance cellular homeostasis within human body. Not surprisingly, mutations rendering cells resistant to apoptosis are acquired in virtually all cancers. A full understanding such important development clinically successful therapeutic strategies.
