摘要: Although information about the genetic basis and mechanisms of Shigella flexneri cellular invasion is accumulating, little known changes in cell signaling their consequences following bacterium-host interactions. A general result signal transduction alterations levels and/or activities transcription factors. Alterations factor binding were observed challenge with S. flexneri. Changes DNA-binding factors to AP1, AP2, cyclic AMP response element, CTF1/NF1, NF-kappa B/Rel, OCT1, SP1 sites investigated by electrophoretic mobility shift assays. B/Rel activity was enhanced more than 11-fold invasion; noninvasive strains induced low kappa B DNA binding. Both subunits factor, p50 p65, but not c-Rel (p85), are components activity. These data suggest that a consequence invasion, these could play role initial host or pathogenesis disease.
