摘要: Abstract We have investigated the voltage-temperature characteristics of p-n junction diodes and point contact down to liquid helium temperatures. observe that current through these plays a significant role in deciding sensitivity as well limiting temperature range relatively linear response when used cryogenic sensors. The interesting consequences observations are discussed.
