摘要: Abstract Glioma stem cells (GSCs), which are originated from transformed neural cells, tumor-initiating of glioma, the most common primary malignant neoplasm central nervous system. Extensive studies have shown that bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4) plays an important role in differentiation and proliferation cells. To seek functions mechanisms BMP4 GSCs, GSCs isolated U87 human glioma by using vincristine were exposed to protein. This study shows inhibited GSC (p < 0.01) via downregulation cyclin D1 level promoted apoptosis through induction Bax expression inhibition Bcl-2 Bcl-xL levels. Thus, these results indicate a new approach GSC-based treatment.
