摘要: Gliomas are the most common brain tumor in central nervous system (CNS). The majority of malignant gliomas arise from neoplastic transformation resident astrocytes. very aggressive tumors since they characterized by widespread invasion tissue. exact pathogenesis and underlying mechanisms for glioma cell infiltration currently unclear. Cell-cell interaction tissue microenvironment play an important role progression leading to modification surrounding hypoxic contributes abnormal neovascularization glioma.
