摘要: Restricted TCR gene usage in animal models of autoimmune disease has led to strategies for control these diseases by targeting the idiotypic determinants within sequence. Rats can be rendered resistant EAE immunization with synthetic peptides representing sequences contained V beta, J alpha and VDJ beta regions that are conserved among encephalitogenic T cells. We propose mechanism immunoregulation thus produced results from stimulation an anticlonotypic response directed at endogenously synthesized presented Class I MHC on surface autoreactive cell, this may part natural cell responses. The experimental data demonstrate utility therapeutic approach its potential treatment any pathogenic condition mediated specific, oligoclonal populations.
