摘要: Time-course studies on gastric damages in rats caused by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) were performed using a gastroscope, and the readings quantified to obtain Congestion-Hemorrhage Index (CHI) for evaluating potencies of damaging properties NSAID. The correlation between CHI Ulcer (UI), value obtained conventional methods, was highly significant at 6 24 hr after forced oral administration peak CHIs aspirin (300 mg/kg), indomethacin (60 mefenamic acid mg/kg) fenoprofen calcium appeared approximately single drugs. Thus, it suggested that an observation addition one 7 might be necessary examination damaged mucosa. Under present experimental conditions, greatest mucosa among four NSAIDs. Mefenamic showed least potency mucosa, having smaller than aspirin. Indomethacin possessed stronger property
