摘要: The study of acetone-extractable components from the leaf fibers non-wood plant abaca (Musa textilis) resulted in isolation and identification series intact hydroxycinnamate esters consisting ferulic p-coumaric acids esterified to long-chain fatty alcohols (C20 C28) ω-hydroxyfatty (C22 C28). These compounds were characterized by high-temperature gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) using capillary columns (12 m length) with thin films that allowed analysis (i.e., without prior saponification) esters. Characterization individual was achieved based on mass spectra obtained GC/MS underivatized their methyl and/or trimethylsilyl ether derivatives. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
