摘要: Purified vesicular stomatitis virus grown in the human cervical carcinoma HeLa cell line, VSV(HeLa), contains a 75 kDa tumor-specific antigen, detectable by immunoblotting of electrophoretically separated proteins with rabbit antiserum made against whole cells. Nearly identical results were obtained VSV tumorigenic hybrid ESH-5L cells, but not matched non-tumorigenic ESH-5E Growth 4 other independently isolated lines led to concentration same antigen VSV. Infection 2 did lead detection this antigen. The expression correlated directly amount RNA from papillomavirus integrated DNA these irrespective whether was type 16 or 18.
