摘要: Abnormally combined M- and U-nerves were observed in the peripheral nerves of C57BL dystrophic mice. They counted sciatic mice 3 times more frequently than control The myelin disappeared beyond nodes Ranvier just as dysmyelination Some U-axons inside enveloped by Schwann cell cytoplasm while others not. myelinated contained cored vesicles, dilated endoplasmic reticulum degenerate mitochondria. These abnormalities might cause disordered function be related to pathophysiology murine muscular dystrophy.
