摘要: Three commercial disinfectants (two quaternary formulations and one phenolic) were tested against human hepatitis B virus (HHBV). The treated was assayed for infectivity by the chimpanzee assay morphological alteration Morphological Alteration Disintegration Test. same agents duck in a hepatocyte assay. It is apparent that viruses relatively susceptible to disinfection, becoming noninfectious after < or = 10 min of contact with disinfectant. Test accurately predicted activity two tests. anti-human effect low-level ammonium germicides novel finding suggest members family Hepadnaviridae are chemical agents.
